- Back To School Health Clinic - East Tampa
Date of Event: Aug 8 2020 - 9:00am to 1:00pm The Back-2-School Coalition of Hillsborough County encourages early immunization practices and promotes healthy lifestyle choices. The event provides free medical support services to assist uninsured or under-insured students with school physicals and/or immunizations to meet school enrollment guidelines to attend on-campus, e-learning, or virtual school. The Back-2-School Coalition of Hillsborough County Health Clinics serve students entering kindergarten through high school grade levels who are in need of a school physical, immunization, and shot records update.The Back 2 School Coalition members consist of the local health clinics, bay area hospitals & medical professionals, leading Healthcare entities, private businesses, corporate partners, non-profit agencies, and organizations, that have partnered to host back to school clinics at selected sites.Appointments are required, space is limited. Families attending will be required to wear a face covering, a participant in a COVID-19 questionnaire, temperature check, and social distancing measures.
